Mother's Day Yoga

Bring your MOM to a one hour yoga class! We know you love your Mom, so treat her to a good-feeling, heart-warming body stretch with Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor Doris Demers. 

This class is BY DONATION and all proceeds will be given to the mothers who are staying at the Women In Transition House Inc. (Suggested donation 2 for $20).

All levels are welcome, from beginners on up, and especially those who are new to the studio (located above Aura Whole Foods, 199 Westmorland Street.) Props will be provided, please come 15 minutes early to set up.

Space is limited! You can register both yourself and your Mom in advance, via email suemadigan@gmail.com.
